Sonicbolt began its journey in 2018 when we brought PoE and sensor-based Lighting automation technology to India with a German partner. We then introduced Dual-band wireless technology to enable reliable, secure and consistent connectivity in Building Automation.
We are in the business of Implementation and Integration of IoT devices and systems, with a focus on catering to legacy installations as well as design-execution of latest technology to make business premises and campuses smart.

We are a team with rich experience in Information Technology, Real Estate, Property Management, Building Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, 3D Modeling.
Process
We identified the need for IoT based solutions in building automation by following a Top Down approach where we take the entire building’s requirements as a whole rather than addressing individual components or systems in a building.
Method
We advocate open non-proprietary standards and protocols, which allows cross utilization of data and reduction of components and skill sets required to operate and maintain a building.

- Expertise across a whole spectrum of industries such as telecom, retail, automobile, banking, hotel, tobacco and aircraft maintenance.
- BE (Computer Science) from Visvesvaraya Technological University.

Ruchwa Rodborne
- > 20 years experience as an entrepreneur and professional/consultant in the IT sector with previous stints in Oracle, Infosys and Sify in the enterprise applications space.
- Highly experienced in managing Agile Teams and running Service-lines to meet revenue, margin, utilization in new technologies.
- Working knowledge in different industries such as Banking, Retail, Telecom, Utilities, Real Estate and business functions & processes such as Finance, CRM, SCM, HRMS, S&M.
- BE (Computer Science) from the University of Madras and certified TOGAF 9.0 (Enterprise Architect).
John Machado
- An MBA from IIMB, with > 20 years experience in the investment management and corporate finance domains having worked in both investment banking and private equity across multiple sectors including construction, infrastructure, financial services and commodities.
- Previously a founding member and Senior Executive Director at Four Poles Capital - an Infrastructure and RE focused fund with over US$ 500 million assets under management.
- Successfully led global teams in all aspects of investment from origination, strategic and financial evaluation, negotiation, structuring, asset management, exit and investor relations.
- Portfolio performance of companies invested in the top 5% quartile in the private equity space.
Bhuneshwar Keshri
- > 20 years of experience in developing business for cutting-edge technology & solutions in the areas of Smart Building, Electronic Security, Smart City, Energy Management & IOT.
- Led business development, sales / marketing strategy, uncovering / creating of new opportunities, revenue growth streams identification and marketing plan development for India and nearby countries.
- Previous stints in Havells India Limited, TASEC (TATA Advanced System Limited), Schneider Electric India Limited and HCL Info System Limited.
